P-I-N-T ~ Things I'd Like to Learn How to Do!

Post-Its

I would have loved to have been the creator of such a unique little piece of paper..

I find it funny though that my boss will staple a post-it on to a piece of paper, maybe he's afraid that the 'post-it' will be 'lost-it'?

This week I open my "Post It Note Tuesdays" with
"Things I'd Like to Learn How to Do"

Dear Aphrodite - My boss always tells me to "Keep my Curtains Open" and so I do... as I've found that philosophy serves me well.. Bridge huh? I don't play that, but I do love Scrabble... lol

10 lemons, juiced, approx 1 cup of lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
4 cups water
8-10 strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup vodka (optional)

Directions:
Juice the lemons and transfer the juice into a large pitcher. Add the sugar and the water and stir to combine and dissolve the sugar. Add the strawberries and basil. Using an immersion blender, blend the mixture for about 20 seconds just until the mixture turns pink and the basil is finely chopped. Add alcohol if desired. Serve with lots of crushed ice.
