Today I'd like to introduce "Tipper".
She is my teapot lid sitter. Isn't she cute? Another treasure from my mom that I've had since I was married.
Tipper sits and sits and doesn't mind, even if her bottom gets hot sometimes..
She sits on the lid and holds it on tight so when I pour the lid doesn't tip! Thus, I've named her "Tipper".
Her dress and cap are more pink than she's showing, and makes a perfect introduction to Pink Saturday and Vintage Thingy Thursday!

Oh, Leslie....Tipper is just tooooo precious. I can understand why she is such a treasure to you. I have never seen one, but I certainly would to have one for myself. HPS.

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, Tipper is SO stinkin cute. I love that she sits up there. I would say she probably does get a little hot seat now and again. I love it. I have never seen one Leslie. SO precious.
A wonderful thing for your sweet Momma to have passed along to you. I bet she was so tickled tonight when you told her that you had shared Tipper with us all. One day I am sure that your girls will be fighting over Tipper as well.
