Sometimes the mind sits stagnant without a meaningful thought to ponder on, but when someone asks you "What would you do if?" it gets your mind active and alive. Sometimes, just writing an answer will start us on a new journey of things we would love to or set out on that path. Thus, I am going to start posting questions every now and then and hope that you'll answer. Sometimes the question might be serious, and other times it might be squeamish or just plain silly. Either way will you play and let us know what you would do?
Here's my first question..
What would you do if..
"You had more time during the day?"
What would I do?
The answer would depend on what season it was.. If it was during Spring, Summer or Fall, I'd be out gardening or simply enjoying my yard. If it was raining, or during winter, you would find me cleaning, crafting, or blogging..
What would you do?

I agree with the gardening in the warmer seasons, crafting but cleaning? No thank you! I'll take exercise though!! And, all the many projects I have been wanting to get done . . . living room valance to make, tiles I'd like laid, photo albums put together, and many more.

I'd do more crocheting, baking, cooking, and organizing! I'd play a lot more with photography...I can get lost in my digital albums. I'd go to more thrift store..antique stores...garage sales. Yes and garden a lot more! I'd love to have a day to just wander and shop..really I hardly ever do that. Thanks for making me think!
ReplyDeleteI'd probably waste more time :-) - I can be the queen of procrastinating. But I'm pretty sure I'd squeeze in more craft, reno's, family time and quality pet time.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for a post Leslie!
Cheers,

I would hug more, laugh more, pray more and blog more!
ReplyDeleteI would sit in the sun, write more letters, call more friends. There would be more time to touch the hearts that need healing and I would enjoy every ray of sunshine, every bite of chocolate, and every rain drop sent to earth. I would swing more, dream more, and take more walks, stopping to talk to everyone and wish them the best day ever. That's what I would do...

I'm afraid I wouldn't do much more than I already do. I am thankful for the days, 24 hours, that I have been given though so I hope I would think more.
ReplyDeleteI can't really think of anything more than what I'm already doing. I need to just maximize the time I have. But being outside in the yard sounds nice. The family and I are taking a road trip this weekend. Need to get out of the house and soak up some sunshine.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend!
I could think of so many things I would do and gardening would definitely be one of them and reorganizing, which is never ending, would be another. I want to organize the garage too which is a big task. And then, just relax and watch a DVD. Thanks for following, Leslie. I am your new one now too....Christine
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for visiting me! I actually would have more time for crafting and gardening.

I like this series too, and it's an awesome awareness!
ReplyDeleteHi Leslie; I think I have all the time I need. I am retired and can use my time at my leisure and pleasure. I enjoyed your garden and appreciate your enthusiasm for gardening. I have also a gardening blog Lavender and Vanilla. All the best. T.
ReplyDeleteI would excercise more, because then I could not use my excuse of I don't have enough time:)
